Sanacore is the second album by Almamegretta, released in 1995. From the song Nun te scurdà a video clip directed by Pappi Corsicato was taken.

Also noteworthy is the participation of Giulietta Sacco (with Angela Luce one of the most famous interpreters of the Neapolitan song) who sings in the tammurriata Sanacore.

The album is present in the ranking of the 100 most beautiful Italian records of all time according to Rolling Stone Italia at position number 36
